customer loyalty The goal of every business owner is to generate repeat business. It is important to entice your customers to come back over and over again. Cash Register Express and Restaurant Pro Express has been designed with this idea in mind. Two main customer loyalty features were added to our Point of Sale system that will help keep your customers coming back; Gift Cards and Coupons. With Gift Cards, a customer can pre-pay for future purchases for themselves or use them as a present for someone else. Simply sell a gift card to a customer for any amount desired by the customer and swipe the card into the system. Now that card is on file. When the customer wants to pay using the Gift Card, all you need to do is swipe it at the end of the transaction and choose how much of their balance you want to apply to the invoice. Its as simple as that. A customer no longer has to fumble around with their wallet or worry about loose change. Most importantly, the customer will want to come to your store to buy if they have a Gift Card from your store. Coupons are also an effective way of getting your customers to return. If you are using an Epson receipt printer, you may add a message to the bottom of the receipt with a box around it. The message can say "10% off your next purchase" or "20% sale next Tuesday". This message will print at the bottom of every receipt and will surely motivate your customers to patronize your business.
