Restaurants that deliver will use the delivery tracking screen to assign orders to drivers.  Employees can see the status of each delivery order including what is waiting to be delivered, which orders have been dispatched and what the promised time of delivery is. Drivers check-in and close-out the orders when they return from their delivery.

Useful for restaurants that offer delivery, the caller ID interface alerts order takers to who is calling. It displays whether or not they have ordered before and if they have ordered, it quickly displays past order history. For repeat customers, the POS system automatically starts a new ticket populated with their name, address and an option to repeat their last order. Use of the caller ID interface requires the purchase of a separate caller ID hardware device.

RPE features an industry leading Pizza Ordering Screen which streamlines the ordering process by minimizing the number of touches required to order a pizza with various toppings, sizes and crusts. Toppings can be added to halves, quarters or the whole pie by selecting the region and touching the toppings to go on that region.  Crusts and sizes can be changed with the touch of a button.

Restaurants can now set up individual terminals where customers can interact with a touch screen computer to place an order for their food. Our self-ordering interface allows customers to print a ticket and pay at the register or they can simply swipe a debit/credit card and pay at the terminal. This feature enables businesses like deli's or convenience stores to increase customer engagement, encourage higher customer spending and also helps to reduce labor costs.

This powerful feature provides quick service establishments a way to quickly take orders at the the counter. This feature can walk a cashier through the process of taking a combo meal order. Our "Auto-Combo" feature will recognize indiviually ordered items and automatically combine them together to give the customer the combo meal discount.

Restaurant Pro Express POS software integrates seamlessly with three types of POS scales: POS Interface Scales, Scanner/Scales and Deli Scales. POS software must be approved by the Nation Conference of Weights and Measure/National Type Evaluation Program (NTEP) if you want to connect it to a weight scale.  Restaurant Pro Express software is NTEP-approved.
